Returns

Food can't be returned once opened. If a pouch arrives damaged or your dog won't touch it, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

You can also cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except personalised items and opened food or hygiene products. Email support@vickersldn.co.uk with your order number. Faulty items are always refunded or replaced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
